Return and Refund Policy

At Sophistea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or certificates.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@sophistea.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send the item back.
  3. Once the return is approved, please ship the item back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@sophistea.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
